Classon House
Classon House is an office development adjoining and attached to the existing office premises of John Paul Construction.
The development comprises a new office building three to five-storeys in height to accommodate office units with a total area of 9,374 sq.m., two levels of basement to accommodate 143 carspaces, a gym (140 sq.m.) and an ESB sub-station and switch room at ground level.
The development also includes an extension of the existing office building at second floor to provide 215 sq.m. of offices and the fitting of external sun louvres to the existing south elevation at Dundrum Business Park, Dundrum Road, Dublin 14
The development will measure 9,729 sq.m.
