Grand Canal Square
This prestigious mixed use development in Grand Canal Square Dublin Docklands was designed by internationally renowned architect Daniel Libeskind (designs for Ground Zero New York; Jewish Museum Berlin).
The project comprises the construction of two office blocks (south and north), and a 2000-seater iconic theatre, with common basement to the south office block and theatre. Ground floor in both office blocks is allocated to retail.
The theatre will be the third major performance venue for the Dublin Docklands, following the re-development of The Point and the planned move of The Abbey to the area.
