Rockwool Wall & Attic Insulation
Permafix based in Cork, Ireland are approved by Rockwool & National Standards Authority of Ireland (NSAI) to install Rockwool EnergySaver (Cavity Wall) and Rockwool Rockprime (Attic Insulation).
ROCKPRIME is a mechanically installed Rockwool blown loft granulate that offers quicker home installation than roll and causes minimum disturbance to occupants. Unlike other loft insulation products, it also minimises thermal bridges.
Grants of €250 are available through Home Energy Saving Scheme.

Cavity Wall Insulation
Rockwool EnergySaver cavity wall home insulation is an entirely dry system which uses granulated Rockwool blown into an external wall cavity to a predetermined density. No glues or catalysts are involved in the installation procedure.
The system may be used to improve the thermal insulation of both new and existing masonry cavitywalls as well as certain types of non-traditional structures.
Rockwool EnergySaver blown wool does not create a bridge or capillary path within the cavity that might allow rainwater to penetrate the inner leaf.
Grants of €400 are available through Home Energy Saving Scheme.
All Rockwool products are certified by the Irish Agrement Board (IAB) - Certificate number 05/0222
